Troy D. Tanner, CR, GCP, is a BPI Certified Envelope and Building Analyst Professional who has been a NARI member since 2003. He is owner of The Home Energy Detective. Prior to that, he worked with Case Design Remodeling for four years. Some other highlights of his career include overseeing the production of the semi-lathe that produces the world’s most accurate radio telescope panels, which are now the worldwide standard for aluminum cast radio telescope receivers. He also developed a working relationship within the astrophysical societies of Harvard University, Carnegie Mellon University, and the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatories, to secure multimillion dollar project funding. And he directed the installation of extremely sophisticated, multi-million dollar, military security systems worldwide to include nuclear weapons storage facilities.
