Speaker: Andrea Goldman

Andrea Goldman is the principal in the firm Law Office of Andrea Goldman.  She is an attorney who focuses on helping parties resolve disputes in construction, real estate and business matters through litigation, arbitration and mediation.  Ms. Goldman also advises construction and corporate clients on contracts and other legal issues in managing their businesses.  In addition, she is fluent in both Spanish and French and has helped international clients in their native language.

Ms. Goldman has been an arbitrator since 2003 and a mediator since 1996.  She is certified as an arbitrator with the following organizations: American Arbitration Association, National Arbitration Forum, National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (FINRA) and the Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor Arbitration Program.  She is also on a number of mediation panels.

Andrea Goldman is a member of the American Bar Association where she is the Co-Chair of the Construction Law Committee of the General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Division.  At the Massachusetts Bar Association she is the Chair of the Law Practice Management Section Council and participates in the lawyer referral service.  She is also a member of the Women’s Bar Association, and was a member of the board, Co-Chair of their Middlesex County committee and runs a mentoring circle. Ms. Goldman is a graduate of Brown University and Northeastern University School of Law.
